Event Description
The Doo Wop Experience & Back to the 50’s Neon Night Trolley Tours is a must Doo! A trip to the Wildwood’s isn’t complete without a more in-depth look at the area’s famous Doo Wop architecture! The Wildwoods By-the-Sea has the largest concentration of Doo Wop construction in the USA; the colorful Doo Wop Experience building is THE only one of it’s kind.
The museum includes an impressive array of vintage neon, Majestic Z lamps, Heywood – Wakefield furniture, Herman Miller chairs, selected items from designers Ray and Charles Earnes, pop culture artifacts and much more. Plus, the Doo Wop Neon Trolley Tours Tue., Wed. & Thurs. June through Labor Day.
From June 16 until September 3, 2020. the Doo Wop Experience hosts a “Back to the 50s” Neon Night Trolley Tour that takes guests past the whimsical space-age motels on the streets of the Wildwoods By-the-Sea.
