Many of my clients who have looked or even sent me zillow listings have noticed many are not available anymore. Looking at homes and finding out they are not on the market, had been a waste of time. Tony has a state of the art fully integrated MLS website where listings are updated every 15 minutes. So you will be first to know of those new listings and not be wasting your time on those that are under contract or sold.
