New Jersey restaurateur Alexander Duran (Co-owner @SonCubanoNJ) has launched VENTANAS Restaurant & Lounge, a Latin- Asian-American fusion eatery at The Modern, a new residential development from SJP Properties in Fort Lee, NJ.
Latin American dining is getting a boost from David Burke, the chef behind BLT Prime, the steakhouse at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC.
Burke, who lives in Fort Lee, is the culinary managing director at VENTANAS. Along with Chef Andrew Riccatelli, they will create a menu blending modern American, Latin and Asian Flavors. Sourcing locally & responsibly from nearby farms and purveyors to reflect the best of each season.
The 7,000-square-foot space will seat 150 people in the dining room, which comes with a chef’s table, 80 people in the Red Room, and 75 to 100 people on the outdoor terrace bar and lounge.
